Problems with your files

If your download doesn't work, is incomplete or isn't as described, email hello@littleurbangarden.com and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

Changed your mind

How to ask

Email hello@littleurbangarden.com from the address you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under your local consumer law.
