These terms apply when you buy a digital product from Little Urban Garden through littleurbangarden.com.

The product

The Functional Garden Blueprint is a digital product delivered as downloadable files (PDF). No physical item is shipped. The price is shown before you pay, and the final amount, including any applicable taxes, is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery

After payment you're sent a receipt by email, and the PDF is emailed to the address you used at checkout. If anything doesn't arrive, email hello@littleurbangarden.com.

Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide and print the worksheets for your own garden. Please don't share, resell or republish the files.

Gardening and building safety

The guide is general information. Gardens, sites and local rules differ: check local regulations and structural limits (especially on balconies), and use qualified professionals for electrical, plumbing or structural work.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under your local consumer law.
